Petit Coeur Ghent 

Petit Coeur opened in 2009 at Onderbergen 15, a stone's throw from the restaurant Coeur d' Artichaut. Wit this bistro we brought a piece of Paris to Ghent. Here we serve you salads, quiches, breads and pastries in a cosy atmosphere. Petit Coeur is on the corner of Jakobijnenstraat and Onderbergen, a pleasant neighbourhood near the historic centre and the main shopping streets of Ghent. Both in summer and winter you can relax comfortably on our terrace. Not enough time? We also offer takeaway sandwiches, buns, quiches and coffees.

    Elke lives in Ghent.

    Coffee lover, always looking to improve her skills.

    Carmen Manolo


    Responsible of Petit Coeur and runs the team. She lives just around the corner and is very involved in the ins and outs of Petit Coeur. 

    "Catering" dominates her life, but when there is time she really enjoys being with her family.

    Carmen has Filipino roots.

    She graduated in 2012 and worked for some time in Petit Coeur to pay her way through university.

    Now she is part of the permanent team at Petit Coeur.

    David Sobrie

    He is the grandson of the founder of the famous "patisserie Sobrie", where in those days the best cakes and other delicacies could be enjoyed in the Magelijnstraat in Ghent. As a little boy David learned all the tricks of the trade there and can now elaborate on them in Petit Coeur. All quiches and cakes are made by him, following ancient recipes. Besides his work David Ghent is above all passionate about our Ghent football pride AA Gent.


How can you reach us

Petit Coeur Ghent is located in the center of Ghent, near the main shopping street of Ghent, the Veldstraat. You can park in the underground parkings of Sint -Michiels or de Kouter.
